I understand that I must have a valid, non-expired government ID in order to get my documents notarized. Qualifying documents include passports, prison ID bands, or state ID/driver license.

I understand that I cannot sign any documents until I am in front of the notary, and that failure to do so may prevent the notary from being able to notarize my documents.

I understand that use of the Pavilion and Plaza requires submission of a signed contract and that I will need to sign and submit this to the library before the time of my reservation.

Illustrator (ai, eps, or svg)
