Drop-In: Make-a-Kite

Make a paper kite that really flies! Kite Lady Kathy Nixie will set up in the 1st floor lobby area and kids are invited to decorate and tie on the line to a kite template. This is a drop-in activity and most kids take about 15 minutes to complete the process.
