About the Author:

Amanda Skenandore is an award-winning author of novels highlighting real, often little-known episodes of medical and public health history, including The Nurse’s Secret, The Undertaker’s Assistant, Between Earth and Sky, and the 2023 Silicon Valley Reads selection and Hoopla Book Club Pick, The Second Life of Mirielle West.
